Before you make a purchase, you had better read the shipping terms below carefully. It would be helpful if you want to know how long it will take for the package to arrive or control your best delivery time without delay.
1. Do you have international shipping?
The delivery scope on Ohuhu Official website covers 40 countries. For more details, please check the table below. Due to the restrictions at these times, we cannot ship to Belarus.

2. When will my order be shipped? We will process your order as soon as we receive it, which takes less than 24 hours (the weekend will be delayed to working day). Before the shipment, you can email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need to cancel the order or change the delivery address.
3. How will my order be shipped?
If the shipping address is in the US, the order will be shipped from the US warehouse and it is expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days (shipping time based on the distance). If the shipping address is in Europe, the order will be shipped from the DE warehouse and it is expected to be delivered within 5-15 business days (shipping time based on the distance)
4. How to track my order?
You can track your order on our website in 1-4 working days after your purchase.
Sign in to your account→My Profile→My Orders→Find the specific order you want to track→Click the “Track” button next to the tracking number
*Please kindly note that if your shipping destination is located in Europe, your order will be sent from the warehouse in Germany. If your country is not a member of the European Union, customs clearance fees and import duty tax may be charged. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs.
*The actual shipping times may vary due to variable customs clearance times, inclement weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact Support Center at email@example.com.
*Sometimes it may take 2 days for the courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on the system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again after 24 hours.
